Privacy policy
Healthy Habbits AI is a coaching app for people 17 and older. It is not a medical device and it does not provide a diagnosis.
What we collect
- Account data you enter: first name, age, goal, and email if you create one. Height and weight start at 180 cm and 78 kg until you change them.
- Logs you create in the app: meals, water, habits, workout check-offs, and movement minutes.
- Photos you choose to send for a meal, body, or posture check. The app resizes those photos to at most 512 pixels on the long side and sends them to OpenAI to produce the coaching text. The app does not keep the photo file after that request.
- A profile record on our server when you use a real account (not a device-only guest). Purchase status comes from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full card number.
What we do not do
- We do not record your microphone. There is no speech analyzer.
- We do not read Apple Health, step counts, or system Screen Time, and we do not lock other apps.
- We do not estimate or store a body-fat percentage.
- The camera on the rep counter is an optional preview. It does not judge exercise form.
Who processes data
Bitscorp runs the API at apps.bitscorp.co. OpenAI processes the photo or chat text needed for a scan or coach reply. RevenueCat, Apple, and Google process subscriptions. Email codes go through Resend or SMTP when those are configured. Crash reports may go to Sentry.
How long we keep it
Profile JSON stays until you delete the account. Server deletion removes the profile, sessions, pending email codes, and leaderboard hype keys. Device data is removed in the same action when the server delete succeeds. Guest data that never left the phone is removed only on the device.
Subscriptions
Weekly and yearly plans are sold by Apple and Google. Cancel in the store that billed you. Deleting the app account does not cancel a subscription.
